I fear I am afraid, I say.

A terrible thing!
Are we to die, we who write?

No! I say, we will rise!

And we will fight.
Fellow writers, I am experiencing Writer’s Block. As I read for a bit of inspiration, I am reminded of a quote from C.S. Lewis: “To what will you look for help if you will not look to that which is stronger than yourself?”
At times, we can all struggle to get words on paper. Louis L’amour reminds us, “Start writing, no matter about what. The water does not flow until the faucet is turned on. You can sit and look at a page for a long time and nothing will happen. Start writing and it will.”
