Argentina are the only team out of all 48 participants in the 2026 World Cup not to have a single VAR intervention go against them (despite committing the most fouls in the entire tournament ‘88’ )
They received just 9 yellow cards for all those fouls.
That is unbelievable!
You think the way they played the first half against England was fair and honourable sportsmanship?
They have the players and skill to win by talent alone, so why can’t they just do that?
But no, they bully, punch, kick, use sly tactics…. They are scummy players. They bring shame to the sport.
Now the whole world sees it.
Everyone is supporting Spain 🇪🇸
@ClaudiaWebbe As if the new prime minister would come in and one of the first things he’d talk about is Palestine 😂
Maybe the Palestinians should stop supporting terrorists. Might be a good place to start.
@PISCIS_LPGR@Lavozgalactica He is literally ruining his legacy.
Now everyone just sees Argentina as foul playing cheaters; Messi included.
No one respects or honours Argentinas wins now. They play dirty and they think that’s a good thing.
The entire world now think Argentina are cheats. Well done. 👏
@HumzaYousaf If the same issues keep appearing, perhaps it’s worth asking whether the common denominator is the religion and its underlying ideology.
Ever thought about that? 🤔
England may not have been the better team in the final 20 minutes, but that first half was a disgrace. If I were Argentinian, I would be embarrassed by that behaviour.
Argentina seemed far more interested in cheap shots, intimidation, confrontation and gamesmanship than playing a fair game of football; yet they were never penalised. There clearly should have been more yellow cards and arguably a red. Their constant aggression towards the England players completely overshadowed the game.
If that is what wins the World Cup, then the beautiful game is ruined, it is a real shame.
People want to watch football, skill and genuine competition, not hostility and toxic aggression.
@FIFAWorldCup you have officially ruined the World Cup with your clear favouritism for Argentina.
Shame on you
Zack, this super rich took our assets nonsense is economically illiterate. Wealth is not stolen. It is created by risk, innovation and investment that funds jobs and growth.
The UK already has some of the highest taxes in our history, with revenues at post war highs. The real issue is government overspending. We are burning through over 2 billion pounds every single day.
Look at nearly every country that tried a broad wealth tax. France, Spain and others saw capital flight, minimal revenue and eventually scrapped them. Even Norway only tolerates theirs because of massive oil wealth and a sovereign fund that most countries lack.
Focus on growth and spending restraint instead of punishing success.
@garyseconomics It’s really not the win you think it is Gary.
The documentary is full of people proving you wrong and highlighting you don’t know much about history or economics.
