At that point, the civilization turns on itself.

Its courts, universities, churches, media, and bureaucracies begin treating their own foundations as threats. They believe they are defending the system.

They are enforcing what now smells legitimate. They do not see the intruder because it sounds exactly like them.

And when the founding principles are finally removed, discredited, dismantled, erased, the foreign ideology does not need to conquer anything. It inherits what is left.

The queen is gone. The colony is no longer itself.

The most effective conquest is the one that convinces a society that its own foundations are the enemy, and that killing them is an act of virtue.

1990: McDonald's fries are legendary. Cooked in 93% beef tallow, 7% cottonseed oil.

The beef tallow is what makes them crispy outside, fluffy inside, with that distinctive savory flavor that built an empire. Ray Kroc personally specified the formula. America runs on McDonald's, and McDonald's runs on rendered cow fat.

Then Phil Sokolof appears. Millionaire businessman who had a heart attack and decided saturated fat was the culprit.

He takes out full-page newspaper adverts attacking McDonald's: "Your french fries are cooked in fat that's poisoning America." He calls it "toxic." He demands they switch to seed oil "for public health."

McDonald's conducts taste tests. Customers overwhelmingly prefer the beef tallow fries. They're not even close. But the PR pressure is relentless. Health organizations funded by seed oil manufacturers echo Sokolof's claims. Media coverage portrays McDonald's as knowingly killing customers for profit.

1990: McDonald's announces the switch to "cholesterol-free" seed oil. Pure marketing theater. The oils they choose are partially hydrogenated: loaded with trans fats that actually cause heart disease. But they're "vegetable-based" so the health halo glows.

The fries immediately taste worse. McDonald's tries to compensate by adding "natural beef flavoring": chemical compounds that approximate the taste without using actual beef. It's like trying to paint the Mona Lisa with crayons. Close, but fundamentally wrong.

Here's what nobody mentions: Phil Sokolof had his heart attack in 1966. He spent the next 24 years eating the standard American diet while McDonald's fries stayed the same. The fries didn't change. But something in his diet must have caused that heart attack, and statistically, it wasn't the beef tallow.

By 2002, McDonald's quietly removes most trans fats after studies prove they're catastrophically unhealthy. They switch to different seed oils. Never acknowledge that their "heart-healthy" switch spent 12 years using fats that directly caused the disease they claimed to prevent.

Every other fast food chain follows McDonald's lead. Burger King, Wendy's, KFC: all switch from animal fats to seed oils. Not because research proved it was healthier. Because one chain proved you could survive the PR hit, and nobody wanted to be the last one using "dangerous" animal fat.

A warrior consumed 2-3 liters daily. That's 1,000-1,500 calories from fermented dairy alone. Add dried meat and you have complete nutrition requiring no cooking, no supply lines, consumable while riding.

European armies needed baggage trains. Flour, grain, salt meat, wine, cooking equipment. Had to stop to prepare food, find water, rest regularly.

Mongols covered 60-80 miles daily consistently. European armies: 15-20 on good days.

When Mongols invaded Hungary in 1241, Hungarian chronicles describe them as covering distance that seemed impossible. The difference wasn't horses - it was drinking provisions while riding.

Everyone from Khan to shepherd drank kumis and ate meat daily. No Mongol peasant class living on grain.
