@DBockDTS Dr. Bock, I want to apologize about my pessimistic response to your reconciliation post. I don't know if you saw it or not, but I deleted it. May God send an Awakening. ❤️
I could really use Douglas Moo's commentary on James, now in second edition (Pillar) but I just spent $200 on Darrell Bock (BECNT) and James Edwards (Pillar) for Luke. No book allowance = sticker shock.
Francis changed the Catechism without making an "infallible" ex cathedra pronouncement. No "infallible" decision of the Magisterium of a Council. He just changed Catholic doctrine. Leo is in lockstep. Leftism on display.
The Pope just condemned the death penalty after the Trump administration decides to expand it with firing squads in the U.S.
"The Church teaches that the death penalty is inadmissible… The right to life is the very foundation of every other human right…"

If you believe free speech is for you but not your political opponents, you're illiberal.
If no contrary evidence could change your beliefs, you're a fundamentalist.
If you believe the state should punish those with contrary views, you're a totalitarian.
If you believe political opponents should be punished with violence or death, you're a terrorist.
