When I went to the Jiddah baggage counter, the gentleman there was laughing as if this happens all the time. Very very bad experience for some one who visit country for pilgrimage. Such airlines is utter disgrace to the country.

Finally had to reach out to the aviation authority for a response. The response says it cant be compensated. Terrible. 😞
