@Transat Not sure if you're hoping I'll just go away, but I won't until I'm compensated. It's in your best interest to stop avoiding me #mad

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@Transat Me: "Booking with you was a nightmare and no one has even apologized" Transat rep: "Someone will call you asap" - it's been 10 days

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@airtransat Thanks you as well

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@airtransat Email sent through my travel agent 3 weeks ago with no response. Was told 30-45 days before I'd get one

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@airtransat Already emailed. 3 weeks with no response #fedup. It's your job to correct your mistakes; not my job to chase you

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@Transat Wish to visit paradise, $1400 later wish I'd stayed home #noapology #nocompensation #badcustomerservice #buyerbeware #dontbookhere

[jessica higgins @Higgy2014]

@Transat Back from a trip organized by you that was a nightmare when they had no rooms for us in DR. No apologies, no attempt to remedy
