@premierleague @FA_PGMOL Fascinating watch. Clearly a pressurised role, not helped by wording like “clear and obvious”, meaning they’re reluctant to make “common sense” decisions or send the ref to the screen … plus no one has a clue with handball definition anymore!

We urgently need government to confirm the School Games Organiser funding for the next academic year and beyond.
Without this network our young people will lose invaluable inclusive opportunities to compete, play, stay active and connect with peers. #SchoolSport#AtWhatCost?
@ritson_jane@wana@Lee_Sullivan85@PE4Learning@HWT_PE @becky_bridges Student voice is key as others have said. I’d also go down the route of a taster day / afternoon for them to try new sports (led by your Dept / and external bodies). Plus use funds for cpd… get trained up in the things they want.
@MrAndersenPE Small things…
1. Create folders to put your docs in … keeps it organised.
2. Zoom in when creating things… you can see errors much easier!
3. Build up a bank of uploads to drag across.
4. Share accounts when in a team so others can edit same doc.
@MrAndersenPE I manage our SSP and also teach. We decided during lockdown to change things for this very reason. We introduced the “Omnibus Games” (means for all). We now have compete, develop and belong events which target different types of pupils and Omnibusgames weeks with other schools…
@MrAndersenPE Where we hold fixtures with another school with those three themes. First year of doing it and although it needs work, it is certainly a big improvement. Happy to email you some bits over.
@willquince@floragardensw6 This is great news, but the government needs a long term plan moving forward. Please make this happen … too much uncertainty drives away very good people and softens the impact schools make.
An awesome effort … 18 schools (180 youngsters) at our U11 @DynamosCricket Event @Melliscricket. Two competitions, SRH Debenham and Worlingworth were our winning teams but the real winners were all the youngsters who got to enjoy 5 hours of a wonderful game! #omnibusgames
Day One of the @afpe_pe and @sportsleaders Level 5 PE Specialism Qualification @hartismere for teachers, coaches and teaching assistants in Suffolk. An enthusiastic group to work with. Looking forward to day two in July. #pe4life
