We have been learning about abstract artwork today. Using a variety of shapes that we overlap to create our picture. We will be using different media to colour these in.

We like to learn in a variety of ways in year one. We have enjoyed using the iPads to support our number ordering skills forwards and backwards to 100. @HighViewPLC

DT this morning, fruit and veg tasting to help us decide on which smoothie we would like to create. There were some interesting reactions.

On Thursday we used coins to make 20p in different ways.

We started our learning about classification and we can put animals into their specific groups. We had a lot of discussion about which group they belong in and how we know.
