Here's an ambulance driver driving straight through the filters of an LTN to swiftly get to their destination.
Note: no motor traffic backlog to hold the ambulance up and the driver did not incur a fine as emergency vehicles are exempt, as are buses.

Same here in Highbury. Lots of our filters are ANPR enforced to allow easy access for emergency vehicles. Wish people would be honest about this

@Jono_Kenyon @CharlotteCGill @KingsCollegeLon Emergency vehicles are exempt from LTN restrictions in our neck of the woods, so they can take shortcuts and avoid traffic jams.
The reason response times are worse is because the Tories cut 17000 hospital beds, so paramedics have to queue to drop their patients off at hospital.
