Time is the most important part of implementation.
Time to imagine, Time to build trust, Time to fail, Time to learn and reassess, and Time to see how things unfold and the impact being made.
The time provided to implementers through policy consistency/continuity is critical.

This past Wednesday was my last day at Mt. SAC! I am now fun-employed for two weeks before I begin my new adventure in the Mohave Desert! 🌵
I am exiting the new-professional realm and entering mid-level management. "Where? Doing what?" Stay tuned! #studentaffairs
3 more sections of notes to convert into paragraphs, and i will be done with my 1st draft of my lit review for my dissertation!
v. thankful, grateful, big-brained, to have picked a program that starts us off from DAY ONE!! 😭
In Student Affairs, especially as you climb the “ladder”, do not let power and your ego take control.
At the end of the day we are here because we care about our students and want them to succeed. Once that stops being at the forefront, youve lost the plot.
