@FritzGschweidl Not a fan of either of the OF, but you appreciate an excellent Scottish player when they come around. Silky, excellent first touch, control and movement but most importantly his brain is operating ahead of his opponent before he even gets the ball
@CairtersSMFC Totally agree, its different if we are a real threat up top and hurting teams but were not. We used to look like fittest team in the league, now were chasing shadows and tired badly tonight. I hope we have enough to whimper through but ffs its hard to say we deserve it right now!
@alantowle@bawarmy I hate to say it, he looks off it and has done all season. He's had injuries, but his first touch, sharpness and lack of any goal threat is a problem. Goals need to be spread across a team. OHara was a key contributor before but looks like there maybe ongoing injury issues
@bawarmy Second half a difficult watch. What worries me is our lack of goal threat. If we'd grabbed a second, it could have demoralised Thistle, but we sat back and their goal was coming. Statistically though scoring 11 goals at home all season is so bad we must be due a few on Monday!
@Martindevaney1 Brings a calmness to the midfield, quick feet, good vision and great technical ability. I look forward to seeing plenty more of JD for the run in.
@Rossmcghie77@arabesque4303@Record_Sport@ScottBurns75 If it was a head butt VAR or the ref would have sent Freckleton off. Instead you'll see the ref pat Freckleton down to check for a weapon in response to Slattery's reaction. His inexplicable collapse last week to get a fellow pro sent off shows what he's all about.
@Highland_Jig@PremSportsTV@mstewart_23@sbk They tried it before with Freckleton who shouldn't lean into player but Watt's theatrical collapse to the floor was embarrassing and went unpunished with ref 2 feet away.
