@HabitatHelp is there anyone responsible for missing item delivery queries? I appreciate that staff levels may be low but my query was initially replied to and but now still no further response.

@HabitatHelp I have just received an order I placed, but the majority of it is missing (there is only a cushion, the duvet cover and pillow cases are not there). Please advise as to what I can do next. Customer services seem to be very difficult get hold of. Many thanks.
