We want to thank everyone who wrote letters of support for our staff to receive Just Cause protections. We asked to have this decision by April 7, but our board met this past weekend and we are waiting for their vote.

Highlander staff members need Just Cause protections now. In the midst of this unionization wave, Highlander is an organization that should be leading the fight for workers’ rights and setting a model for what is possible.
