@NDOTomaha Why is the 680 on ramp from the W Center exit always closed? Traffic could be flowing through the exit back onto the freeway. I’ve never understood why it was there and never used. Curious minds.

@NDOTomaha What happened? I drove through shortly after it happened. Looked like a dirt load got dumped and completely covered a vehicle. Hoping it was dirt anyway!!
