A rather lovely afternoon spent giving my longest talk yet for @godsacre. Lots of mentions of my old workplace @FoTHCP in this one.

[Claire Slack @mossgoblingrrl]

And I absolutely wouldn't be where I am in my career today without the likes of @CeriHoulbrook @odavies9 @DrLeanneCalvert and the wonderful MA Folklore Studies team at @UniofHerts and @UHertshistory. I couldn't recommend the MA more! 🩵

Late entry to the pets having thoughts about #EverydayFolklore! Here is Reg, canine companion of the lovely @Jobbiebell, dressing for every occasion. Apparently Reg is checking out the folklore of his birth month & reading up about haggis, of which he is very fond #DogsOfTwitter

It's as if the #CatsofTwitter heard the bark of @ArchaicMusings's hound...

Happy #Caturday as mogs (dogs, lizards and snakes) give #EverydayFolklore a bit of love. Starting with Martha (hiding) who couldn't look more unimpressed if she tried... !🐈‍⬛🧵1/n

And to get your own copy of Everyday Folklore published by @MurdochBooks_UK, just click on the link... https://t.co/5B7VZ902dY Your pets will love it... Or show no interest whatsoever. Especially if they are cats!

As well as Klaus who is ignoring all the snake folklore inside... (thank you @HildegunnTraa for all your lovelies!)

And the lovely @HildegunnTraa also asked Lilith to comment (I'm assuming she loves a bit of Elvis)...

And here is the gorgeous Mr Frodo, faithful companion of the lovely @HildegunnTraa, bucking the cat trend and giving the book his sniff of approval!

To top off a very satisfying, if slightly overwhelming day yesterday, to celebrate Publication Day for Everyday Folklore, and Worldwide Howl at the Moon Night, my friends and I escaped into the woods for a bit of a howl... Did you? #EverydayFolklore https://t.co/wghAHAk7qu
