1. Before a reward expires, could you send a reminder through a push notification, SMS, or email to help customers redeem it in time?

Finally about to take off at 10:52 am. A delay of approximately 57 mins. Cabin crew to take off stations, announced!

@airindia AI2804, Originally scheduled to depart at 9:55 am is still taxing on runway. There’s a weird screeching noise coming (probably from tires) when the plane is taxing.
There’s also a strong sea food smell coming inside the plane. Though staff sprayed air freshener.

There’s approximately an hour delay in the takeoff, it’s a morning flight many passengers might have had light breakfasts, there are kids in the plane. In such delays at least as courtesy light snacks can be given.

Simply slow roll on tarmac with a screeching noise.
