@AmericanAir Hey guys can you provide an update on flight 98 ORD-LHR. Very little information being communicated and departure time changed 3 times, now due to depart 4 hours late! Plenty of tired people waiting....

@British_Airways Guys, 2 separate phone calls totalling nearly 45 minutes and multiple transfers to different staff just to change a flight. Staff were helpful and apologetic but a very painful process!
