Due to high demand the reservoir level has dropped in the #NW2, #NW3, #NW5, #NW11, #N2, #N6, #N10 and #N19 region. We have repaired a burst pipe which should help our reservoir levels recover but this will take some time. We're very sorry for the disruption being caused.
@HillcrestRA residents call Virgin Media on 0345 454 111 (or 150 from landline) to claim your discount of £17.25 for intermittent loss of services for several days last week from 7th January. (they will have to speak to the tech team to confirm...don't let them put you off!)
@virginmedia It was supposed to be working by 12:30am today. Today the automated message said that it was upgrade work that should be finished early this afternoon. Now you say something different again. How many lies will @virginmedia tell their customers?
@virginmedia And again terrible service from @virginmedia ...you have the location in the messages. Or has the chimp not been programmed to actually read the tweets. You can then ascertain the answer as IT IS YOUR SYSTEM!
More downtime by @virginmedia for Wavell House today until 3pm. Terrible service yet again with no advance notice. Residents should call VM for an account credit.
@VeoliaUK@haringeycouncil@homes4haringey Residents here at very aware of this requirement, however when the bins are not emptied in a timely fashion they will overflow. As you can see from the photo the 2 bags had fallen off the top prior to emptying. ...and Veolia should take them regardless how they got there!!
At 9:00am today the @veoliauk binmen saw these bags and left them by the bins. When asked they said they are not allowed to take bags that are on the floor!!! So @haringeycouncil , who's to blame...the binman, Veolia or @homes4haringey bad contract management? Please respond...
