@rubbermaid was promised a refund in email by your staff Ma. Anges at@the beginning of February. Case 35230311 no refund still and my emails checking in have been ignored. Disappointed in how this is being handled.

@h_posner Yeah you advised me AFTER telling me on the phone you won’t pay. So I paid it as it was a two months late fee after Nina told me in Ocotber she would pay it. So now it’s late in my name so I paid it. I sent you confirmation I paid it and THEN you told me now you can’t help at all

@bhphoto worst customer service! Sent defective item. Then when replacement was sent I was hit with a 2nd duty charge $51.25. CS promised they would pay it and didn’t! Now they say they won’t. So I paid it and now they said they would of been willing but can’t now that I paid!

@h_posner You sent a defective package you should be covering the fee. They said it’s your liability as your sending a package ! And once I paid the bill all of a sudden “oh now we can’t help you”! On google everyone is posting over 20 reviews of how your service is shady and terrible.

Convenient that it now says limited lifetime warranty but just a few years it was lifetime! Currently looking for packages that the cards came in

@lexarmemory Lifetime warranty on memory cards. But refuses to send replacements on $120CAD cards. Instead they will send $20US . Which is not even enough to purchase one of their cards same size.
Have to say I’m extremely disappointed. The shipping alone will cost $20 to mail.
