@merseyrail why is my daughter being fined 125 because she didn’t have ticket ? This is disguising it should be 100 and 50 if paid on time ? She was also reduced to tears the way she was treated

@merseyrail I have and they have said she didn’t have money to pay but that is just not true, why are merseyrail handing out 125 fines instead of 100 reduced to 50 and why are they leaving my daughter in tears
