@British_Airways Yes, Beth. And there are times when this policy could easily be waived without BA losing a single penny yet helping out a customer. Common sense,obvious business logic, maybe a dash of kindness and flexibility. I'm saying it's a terrible way to treat your customers.

And now because I waited until 36 hours at the advice of @Chase I can't even buy it for myself so I'll be stuck in C boarding group. @SouthwestAir does that seem right to you?

So let me get this straight @Chase Rapid Rewards gives me 2 early bird checkins a year but tells me I have to buy it within 36 hours of my flight but @SouthwestAir doesn't allow me to buy earlybird checkin within 36 hours of my flight? And this seems like an OK practise?

Don't buy @JBLaudio Tune230. The case won't recognize when the buds are back in so audio keeps playing in the case or the buds die because they haven't charged. And good luck with a replacement.
