Crazy thing about being a sausage maker is that every time you in public & hear "Ekse Mavoroso" they may be talking to you lol. Worse part is people get that name for many reasons.🥲
To do:
1. Complete PCB design, model enclosure & render everything.
2. Chop wood & smoke cheese griller sausages.
3. Walk dog
4. Read up on PSRAM, edge computing & Kalman Filters.
PC's with NVIDIA GPU'S running on Ubuntu & open source engineering tools such as FreeCad (new version is sick), Kicad, Blender, Octave & OpenFoam. I believe we can be tough competition.
I NEED a warehouse in Germiston with a small team of nerds, 3D printers, electronics station (oscilloscope, passive components, sensors & actuators), welding bay (tig & mig machine), sheetmetal roller, bender & laser cutter. 1st build is a large gas powered curing oven. Man...🥺
Definitely #2 with adequate weld penetration.
#1 is a CAD fantasy, DFM (Design for manufacturing) has left the room. That horizontal I-Beam is there for vibes, I don't don't see how its assembled to the vertical one.
@LordQuezperu Damn. Been thinking about this lately. The duality of those close to you, love & support you but would rather see you doing something else, less painful perhaps.
I once bought the same sensor 5 times, 3 months debugging (not proud) thinking its defective. I needed to allow +250 milliseconds inbetween readings & I had 50ms in code. Seeing physical limitations of code & understanding why. Its not magic yet its so magical. 🫶
Arduino Sketch (c/c++). You get to see your code physically do something. Writing code for small memory/optimizing CPU cycles. The physics & maths behind sensors, how that's converted to code & the debugging software & hardware simulationsly.
