@XS_Direct How can this be possible, if you check your trust pilot score you have 95% “BAD” reviews. Old school insurance scammers. No customer satisfaction just hurdles excuses and avoidance of sorting clients claims. Scandalous

@Ryanair#Corvid19 we are UK resident with a flight booking to Rome at 2pm on Friday 13th. We are no longer able to get off the plane to enter Italy. What is the refund status with Ryanair, do we check in, travel and see what happens when we get there? BA, EasyJet have refunded.
