Judge Denise Casper’s rulings have drawn political attention, especially her 2026 order blocking Trump’s executive order that would require proof of citizenship to vote. She was appointed by Obama which explains her anti SAVE AMERICA ruling. These judges should confine themselves to interpreting the law rather than trying to please their supporters.
