I had ordered flowers for my wife as it was our anniversary but @fnp_ind delivered damaged product. The note received was torn and in damaged conditions and instead of card it was just a piece of paper with message printed on it. Extremely disappointed with ferns n petal 1/n
On talking to the customer support casually replied that they will take care from the next order and couldn’t help me any further. Your customer support and service sucks.

Extremely disappointed with the service of my @royalenfield Classic 350. A few days ago my annual service was due. After the bike came from the service my problems were not solved & steering handle console stopped working. Attached invoice of my payment of ₹7857. #RoyalEnfield
Pathetic service from meesho support. Tickets never get resolved and they close the ticket by themselves without the consent of the seller.
