@honestlybilal I love it! Start with 4 cardinal sutures: 12, 6, 3, and 9 o'clock. Then place a suture between each cardinal suture --> 8 sutures, then another between each suture again --> 16 total evenly apart! Needle enters tissue perpendicular and follow its curvature.💛
