8वें वेतन आयोग में फिटमेंट फैक्टर, वेतन वृद्धि और कई मांगों पर चर्चा हो रही है, लेकिन जब बात OPS की आती है तो सरकार हर बार चुप्पी साध लेती है।

कर्मचारी सालों से पुरानी पेंशन बहाली की मांग कर रहे हैं, क्योंकि यह सिर्फ वेतन का नहीं बल्कि बुढ़ापे की आर्थिक सुरक्षा का सवाल है।

सैलरी बढ़ने की खबरें सुर्खियां बन जाती हैं, लेकिन रिटायरमेंट के बाद की गारंटी पर कोई ठोस फैसला नहीं दिखता।

यदि कर्मचारियों की मांगों पर गंभीरता से विचार हो रहा है, तो OPS जैसे महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दे को लगातार नजरअंदाज करना सवाल खड़े करता है।

वेतन वृद्धि स्वागतयोग्य है, लेकिन कर्मचारियों का मानना है कि सम्मानजनक और सुरक्षित भविष्य के बिना यह अधूरा सुधार है।
