Respect!
No hard feelings. I understand passion because I am passionate myself. Sometimes, in the heat of the moment, we go off. And that's what makes us human.
I remain open to any critique so long as it serves our Nation better. I'm sorry too for misreading your passion sometimes.
We move. For God and Country. 🦁🇬🇭
My daughter knows I love her deeply, but I don't hesitate to discipline her when she crosses the line. Last night, after a serious talk-down, I sent her upstairs to her room.
Tell me why this little girl woke up this morning and one of the first things she asked was, “Dad, why didn't you come upstairs to pray and kiss me last night?”
We spent almost ten minutes talking about what happened the previous night, and the girl calmly told me she was wrong, but that I was wrong for not coming upstairs to pray and kiss her.
Once again, I got reminded that we shouldn't be so angry with the people we love that we stop showing them love and care.
@elonmusk Have you read about the Scramble for Africa ? Evil Colonial Master’s can’t be shielded in their evil role . Visit Ghana Elon Musk to learn history or ask Fmr President Obama.
This is a false binary. Nobody serious says colonialism is the only reason Africa is poor. The argument is that colonialism shaped the starting conditions: borders, institutions, resource extraction, political instability, and trade dependence. Vietnam improving doesn’t erase that.
It’s is like saying “some people survived being hit by a car, so car crashes don’t injure people.” The fact that Vietnam recovered doesn’t mean colonization wasn’t destructive.
@elonmusk Colonization is not the sole reason Africa is poor but it played a role. It’s not just about the economical degeneracy, even the mentality and psychology of the people are hugely affected after years of oppression. Our mind is what we use to do everything in this world.
