Appalling service @onepeloton ! Bought a bike+ in January, with delivery date on 28 April, still not received. Contacted twice with promises of call back - nothing! Just an email with a date in June and no explanation - disgraceful. #peloton#poorcustomerservice

@Lol58Milne Oh great! Can easily get to Manchester but not often needed there but have one of my team in Sheffield so could organise visits on a weds. Will look to sort in Oct when you’re back from your hols xx
