Externally we constructed a single story rear extension complete with level threshold doors, allowing the client access an egress to their garden!

Works are now well underway on our commercial to residential conversion in Sutton Coldfield High Street. The metal tracking partitions are now all erected, with first fixing beginning today. The dilapidation to the ground floor is now near completion, ready for the new tenant.

Another commercial to residential conversion finished in Rugby, all ready for handover tomorrow. This project entailed a complete refurb of two derelict flats and refurbishing them into new luxury two bedroom apartments with new kitchens and bathrooms. Let us know your thoughts!

Our commercial to residential project is now complete in Aldridge. This project entailed us converting an existing fertility laboratory into 8 luxury apartments including the external balconies & decking. Successfully handed over today, ready for our client to put on the market.
