3yrs since the nasty relapse that led to my diagnosis, I’m finally listening to my body, and the physio, I’ve been doing too much and too quickly resulting in days to recover. Gone from 110% to 25%, now pacing myself at 10% #MS #MSsucks

Today I received, via a phone call from my Dad, a big hug FOR ME, from the lovely @theAliceRoberts ! ! It WAS the cause of the sun shining today! And will make me smile ALL year!! He also confirmed to me that yes she is wonderful ❤️😀
