1/ I really don't understand you guys man. People got seriously hurt by Zadehkicks. Not just the lazy rich kids you're imagining as the culture vultures in your head. But people who were grinding for their bills and their families.
Why do you guys hate sneaker resellers? ๐งต๐
I think this is where itโs hard for me to sympathize too -just like the Bot Situations, itโs hard to feel sorry for someone that unapologetically & aggressively pursued price gouging sneaker culture for profits.
@stockxsucks The first step is coming to that realization and asking yourself that question. The next steps are life-long. Count your blessings too. Not everyone gets to explore that question. https://t.co/5Q3APXL4CP
@jcolella_artist @marcgaskins@bentigg @felipeoviedop The value of the compensation definitely depends on your perspective but I wouldn't say it's free ($3mm over 8 years?).
Most associates work for a few years to stack cash/pay off loans before moving to much kushier jobs. Very few who actually have their eyes on partner track.
@bp22 What if I have 3/5 required skills and want to make a career switch. If I'm a fast learner and hungry can I learn on the job? Happy to apply and continue in the DM's
@augustusdelano A good starting point is asking yourself would you rather be broke and happy or wealthy and unhappy?
There are many many people who are wealthy but are broke in every other part of their lives. Why not have both by starting with the one you can have today?
@augustusdelano Mostly agree with you on all points brotha. My parents immigrated here in high school, worked at McDonaldโs while learning English etc.
Iโm not saying be broke or donโt work hard for your goals. But freedom can be found internally. Canโt really elaborate that in 1 tweet either.
