A 4-month lesson in being ignored.
For 120+ days, my paid 50Mbps Airtel connection has delivered 0.5Mbps. After exhausting every polite channel, I placed my hope in the NCC, the regulator meant to uphold consumer rights.
The Reality:
Airtel’s “follow-up” was a call to ask “how is the network?” with no solution, no engineer, no timeline for a resolution, rather a token gesture.
The NCC’s silence has been absolute. No acknowledgment, no reference number. Nothing.
I feel completely failed by the systems. It seems both were cut from the same cloth of inaction. My patience has been exploited, my complaint buried in a system that feels designed to wear people down.
But I will not stop.
I will not be quiet.
My work and my rights matter.
This ends only when my internet is permanently fixed. I will continue to speak publicly until that happens.

Honest question: what's the one thing you wish someone told you before you started trading crypto?
I'll start. Nobody told me that risk management is more important than entries. I learned that with real money.
