The Unacceptable Reality:
I pay for 50Mbps on my Airtel ODU & 5G SmartBox. What I get from October 2025 till now is 0.5Mbps. That is 1% of my paid speed. This is not an "issue", this is deliberate throttling that has made my work-from-home life impossible.

The Proof of Throttling:
My internet is only usable between 3 AM and 5 AM. Two hours in the dead of night. The moment peak hours hit, you throttle me down to 0.5Mbps. This is not a coincidence. It is a systematic failure of your network management.

The Technical Evidence You Ignore:
I ran the diagnostics you refuse to.
Speed test result: 0.2 Mbps against a 50 Mbps plan. (Find the attached image)
Traceroute proof: 67ms latency & packet loss at YOUR first network hop. This is not a weak signal, it is throttling at your gateway. (See attached image)
My devices are fine. Your network is artificially crippling my line.

The Damage to My Life:

Missed deadlines.

Failed video conferences.

Lost productivity and income.
You have made your customer care lines unreachable. Your Twitter DMs are ignored. You take my money and give me professional ruin in return.

My Non-Negotiable Demand:

Immediately escalate this to your Network Operations Center (NOC).

A network engineer must call me within 24 hours with a plan to permanently remove the throttling on my line and fix your congested node.

Compensate me for four months of paid-for but undelivered service.

If I do not receive a substantive technical response within 24 hours, I will file a formal complaint with @NgComCommission with all evidence attached and pursue every available remedy.

Stop throttling me. Fix your network. Now.
