@PayPalUK Awful ‘service’ from PP when I have been a victim of fraud/unauthorised payment taken to the tune of £1500. Thought it was meant to be the safe option but I’m starting to think they are in cahoots with the fraudsters! Over 2 weeks, no-one can give me an answer. 😡

.@HelloFreshUK Yet another poor delivery from DPD. Driver didn’t attempt to knock the door/ring my camera bell but THREW my box over a side gate (didn’t even see if it was open) into my garden. V sheepish when challenged & had no reason for not trying the door. Not good enough.

@HeinzUK This is the result of heating a tin of your chicken and leek soup for 2 mins in the microwave as per instructions. As spoon went in to stir it exploded, showering me in hot liquid and burning 2 fingers!!

@CrossCountryUK piss poor management of trains to Leicester via Hinckley/Narborough for Party in the Park. 3 carriages each day and people unable to get on even with pre-booked seats. It’s not like this hasn’t been publicised so no excuse.
