Just look across the border in Northern Ireland where their Government has built affordable accommodation near the hospitals to assist their healthcare workers.

Currently, Ireland is known to be the place of worst #HousingCrisis among healthcare workers.

A lot of healthcare workers (native+foreign) are already leaving this health system due to this factor.
