@MBTA Great, thanks

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@MBTA Hello, if I dropped a pair of sunglasses on the 73 bus inbound this morning, what's the best way about trying to find them? The lost and found number was busy. Thanks!

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@MBTA (They also screw the social media team, but you don’t have to drive a bus too)

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@MBTA is there a delay on the 73? Going on 25 minutes without a bus leaving the station.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@MBTA That’s the line of downed busses. And the MBTA is screwing the drivers, left to deal with the pissed off riders.

@SpotifyCares The UX of this is... not really great or intuitive. But thank you for the quick response!

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@SpotifyCares Is there any reason my downloads are no longer appearing in my library? I'm running version 8.4.35.213 on iOS 11.2.2 (iphone 6s)

@VerizonSupport Can you please resend the link? It seems to be broken.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@VerizonSupport I'm still having issues... the internet has been out for almost 24 hours despite multiple reboots.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@VerizonSupport Unfortunately, the Internet never came back.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@VerizonSupport Better picture. Fail still is blinking red.

@VerizonSupport System status is green. Fail is blinking red. Everything else is green.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@VerizonSupport I did and still nothing. The globe on monitor is red

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@VerizonSupport is there an outage in Boston? Haven't had any internet since 2:30am and your support page keeps giving me an error.

[Sean McLoughlin @Hireminds_Sean]

@ChrisSchmechel hello, do you have time to connect today?

@MBTA are the bus arrival times aspirational? 73 times haven't been accurate at all.
