Samsung is defrauding its customers in the name of policy. In my invoice, the return policy clearly states: "Return Policy: At Samsung, we endeavor to deliver the product in good condition. However, in case of any product failure or manufacturing defect, you can choose to return the product as per the return policy provided at https://t.co/V33JYD2Dqh. T & C apply." My mobile has a manufacturing defect, and within a week, I filed a complaint with Samsung, but they still haven't offered me a solution. This means Samsung is perpetrating a scam under the guise of their policy. I bought directly from Samsung, yet they won't provide a solution.

Thinking of buying a Samsung flagship? Think twice. My premium Galaxy S23 got a permanent flickering line right after the One UI 8.5 update. The service center checked it and confirmed ZERO physical or water damage, but @SamsungIndia refused to fix it . @SamsungMobile

@SamsungIndia, do you still recommend installing this update after such feedback from your customers?

Extremely poor indoor network coverage & data speeds at Navratan Corporate Park, Ahmedabad. Despite being a postpaid user, I’m facing 0 signal indoors at Tower A (G & 1st Floor). No resolution after multiple complaints
