@AmericanAir In order to file a report, they went through a third-party, which you are fully aware of. This process is ridiculous. I didn’t break my luggage, someone employed by your airlines did. Not sure why I’m having to pay for my luggage to be sent anywhere when it’s been verified
@AmericanAir My luggage was damaged by your airline, notated at your customer service desk; pics sent several times; now you want me to ship my broken luggage to you so that you can see if it’s broken to your standards before you pay to replace it. Make it make sense.
