@UPSHelp Packages get separated when @UPS employees don't do their job correctly. CS just confirmed what I told you on Friday. UPS employees failed to scan my package at the DEPARTURE location in SEATTLE and put it on a truck to PORTLAND where it received its first scan. #UPSfail

Making it look like I drove 4 hours to the next state over to ship it. UPS Failed not me. But thanks for ASSuming you know what happened

My packages arrived TOGETHER at the local hub yet only the one with the 🌲 and ornaments was delivered on Friday #UPSFail
