Learn from Missouri. Pro abortionist always whitewash the facts. A major example was the Missouri pro abortion left touted that the government could regulate abortion, but conveniently not tell voters the full truth of the Amendment that literally blocked the legislators from having ANY authority; even for safety regulations. The all caps in the following excerpt from what is now Article 1, Section 36 in Missouri Constitution shows voters must know for what they are actually voting.

"...The right to reproductive freedom shall not be denied, interfered with, delayed, or otherwise restricted unless the Government demonstrates that such action is justified by a compelling governmental interest achieved by the least restrictive means. ANY denial, interference, delay, or restriction of the right to reproductive freedom SHALL BE PRESUMED INVALID. ..."

Bottom line, any reasoning used by the government is precluded to be invalid. The government IS stripped of any power to regulate anything about abortion. The results? There is no longer ANY safety oversight for abortion facilities, and no legal action can be taken against anyone who assist someone to have an abortion. The Missouri Constitution now strips away parental authority regarding abortion and transgender treatment on minors. Our Constitution errects barriers to the prosecution of sexual abuse and sex trafficking.

Voters must know all the facts.

Thank you. First for standing firm in the mist of the insanity of the Covid mass hysteria experiment we lived through. As a health professional of over 30 years, including 18 yrs in research, it is deeply concerning that a main casualty of that experiment is the publics loss of trust in the medical establishment. Though I was retired, I've always been very open and enjoyed scientific and social debate. I was penalized by social media formats for asking questions, pointing out inconsistencies, discussing the lack of transparent, ethical data, etc.

Secondly, thank you for the window into the far left psyche on how they can treat people so ruthlessly. Even several years before Covid I was deeply concerned at the venom, and hate filled, irrational, atracks against those who even questioned the mindset of the mindset ideology. Your discussion of ideology behind the leftist actions has been very insightful.

Maybe this family should sue the city (whoever has jurisdiction over safety of city owned playground equipment) for unsafe equipment on a public playground. The report noted apparent lack of safety inspection documentation. Might get the ridiculous charges dropped.
