Teller's Duty จะให้คุณรับบทเป็นพนักงานธนาคารมือใหม่ที่เข้ามาทำงานวันแรกที่ Kertasia Bank จากการฝากฝังของลุงที่เป็นผู้จัดการสาขา แต่สำหรับคุณ นี่ไม่ใช่อาชีพธรรมดา เพราะมันคือความหวังเดียวในการหาเงินมาจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลของแม่ ที่ค่อยๆ เพิ่มมากขึ้นเรื่อยๆ และทุกการตัดสินใจด้านหลังเคาน์เตอร์ อาจจะกำหนดอนาคตของคุณในประเทศที่เต็มไปด้วยกฎหมายสุดเลอะเทอะและรัฐบาลที่พึ่งพาไม่ได้

คุณจะต้องนับเงินสดด้วยตัวเอง ตรวจสอบธนบัตรปลอมที่แนบเนียนขึ้นเรื่อยๆ รับมือกับลูกค้าหัวร้อน และปรับตัวเข้ากับกฎระเบียบที่เปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลาของรัฐบาลที่ห่วยแตกและไร้ประสิทธิภาพ ทุกการพบปะกับลูกค้าคือบททดสอบทั้งความอดทน ความซื่อสัตย์ และจิตสำนึกของคุณ
