Lucid cell chemistry holds around 840wh/L.
Around 30x 2170 can fit into 1 liter of space, each cell weight around 68g, so 1 liter can fit around 2kg of battery.
This equates to 420wh/kg.
Donut Lab solid state faking 400wh/kg.
Tesla 4680 is 241wh/kg.
@WhiteMillions It seems like Lucid is transitioning from being a tech company, as Peter R mentioned during his leadership, to becoming a traditional car manufacturer! What once was a tech-driven company led by passionate tech enthusiasts is now just an ordinary car maker. $lcid @LucidMotors
@Lucid_2030_@TXChuck777@BrianLe35259771@LucidMotors Regarding the Saudi Government's commitment, it is for 100,000 units, but it appears they have not yet received a significant portion of that quantity. It is possible they may not acquire additional produced units to avoid exerting pressure on the existing inventory.
This situation is really scary right now,and we might see $5 or lower soon. Trust your instincts, stick to your unbiased plan, and stay disciplined.Winning in the stock market isn't easy for retail investors, but those with guts and discipline can come out on top $lcid #LucidMotors
@Lucid_2030_@TXChuck777@BrianLe35259771 Exactly, reputation is key for business aiming for longterm success as we see it with very impressed&satisfied $lcid owners, which is key for @LucidMotors $tsla got old plants have been making many defective cars but have been able wash out their reputation by a person like #Elon
Nobody said Gravity would 'save' Lucid. That framing was never part of the thesis. Gravity is one year into a ramp on a 200,000 unit production capacity. It delivered 5 vehicles in Q1 2025 and 1,631 in Q4. That's what a vehicle launch looks like. Cosmos is next. Earth follows. That's a portfolio, not a series of Hail Marys. Lucid will soon have manufacturing capacity of over 200K vehicles per year. No one in their right mind could expect any new vehicle to fill that capacity in any meaningful way in the first year. How did you even come up with that?
On losses β yes, someone who bought at the $448 peak and held is deeply underwater. That's real and I won't minimize it.
But 'original investor' isn't a monolith. This is what 4+ years of disciplined position management looks like:
2021: $343/share effective cost
2022: $131/share
2023: $79/share
2024: $44/share
2025: $34/share
Today: $33.05/share
How? Systematically selling puts and calls over 4 years β $320K gross premium collected, $113K net after buybacks β continuously reducing effective cost while adding shares on the way down.
My 2028 breakeven isn't a hope. It's a documented cost basis trajectory matched against a scenario model showing gross margin inflection as Gravity ramps, Cosmos launches, and Uber robotaxi revenue comes online.
The thesis was never 'buy at any price and pray.' It was 'manage the position through the ramp.' Those are completely different investment strategies with completely different outcomes.
That's the #SapphireChallenge.
Luxury EV buyers no longer have to choose between innovation and refinement. Lucid and Mercedes are at the front of the pack in terms of luxury EV sedans. https://t.co/Kha4V21c9P
With this harsh price drop, some folks benefit & $Uber could be one of them. #Uber own 11.52% in Lucid & is clearly betting on $lcid tech.Uber might be supporting price drops to boost their ownership in Lucid at lower price.Time will tell when Uber reveals their ownership in Lucid
@therealautoblog It is impressive to see $LCID going head-to-head with industry titans like $Mercedes and @BMW While @MercedesBenz has a legendary 140-year heritage, a deep dive into the specifications reveals that @LucidMotors holds a distinct technical advantages in almost every category.
@Lucid_2030_ We all know Q1 is going to be bad,no argument there. But for those of us playing the long game, the fundamentals are actually moving in a positive direction. This volatility doesn't line up with the $lcid has officially released; It cd be market noise or some info that we don't know
@TXChuck777@BrianLe35259771 Inaccurate information. My opinion is that #Lucid already has large outstanding orders from the #Saudi government and $Uber, which may consume all production for at least two years without considering retail sales. $LCID is relaxed in terms of sales, which is quite a unique case.
