@HobbyLobby your Richmond, KY store manager needs a refresher on how to treat customers. A friend who is sick with cancer was shadowed like a criminal in that store today, because she apparently looked suspicious. Not a great example of a Christian company.

@enterprisecares Been loyal customers for years. Got told today we can't rent a Suburban without a credit card. We only carry debit. Which we have always used there. Don't appreciate being treated like a 2nd class citizen 4 not using credit cards. Not cool, Enterprise.

@IHGService I could hear the clerk talking to the manager. Rooms were available. We were willing to pay for a whole night, just to use it for a few hours to prep for a wedding. My husband and I have been Rewards members for years, expected better treatment in return 4 our loyalty.

@HIExpress Zero stars to your location in Madison, IN. Power outage at other hotel in town, bridal party needing to get ready 4 a 2:30 wedding. Willing to pay HIEx for a room just to get ready. Wouldn't let us in till after 11, when power is coming back on at our hotel. Boo!

@Windstream 4 times in the last month and a half, our primary phone line has gone completely dead. We can't receive business calls, can't check voice mail. This is costing us a lot of business, and is dangerously close to costing you our business. Would ❤ 2 not see a 5th.
