Wealth taxes haven’t worked well in much of Latin America and we don’t even have to go that far to see the warning signs. In California, just proposing a billionaires tax has created uncertainty and capital movement. Our state already relies heavily on a small group of high earners to fund schools, healthcare, and public safety. When you threaten mobile capital, you don’t punish the rich. You destabilize the budget working families depend on.

🚨 Stop the Mileage Tax Before It’s Too Late

ACA 12 would have stopped Californians from being double taxed just to drive on broken roads. It was a simple promise: protect affordability for the people who need it most. That promise was rejected.

Californians are struggling more than ever—yet the state is swimming in record tax revenue. Since 2016, California’s budget has nearly doubled. Do we have twice the services? Better roads? Real results?
No.

Instead of fixing waste, Sacramento wants to take more from you.

Before asking Californians to pay another dime, how about we try this first:

1️⃣ End cash payouts to illegal immigrants through taxpayer-funded NGOs when Californians cannot afford basic necessities
2️⃣ End the $12B illegal immigrant Medi-Cal expansion bankrupting the state
3️⃣ Redirect the $24B spent on homelessness programs that clearly aren’t working
4️⃣ Stop burning $20B on High-Speed Rail—a project that cannot be completed under the current plan

Let’s fix reckless spending before reaching deeper into taxpayers’ pockets.

Republican Assemblymember @AliMacedo4CA @AsmwomanMacedo (R-Tulare) said she's seeking answers and names about who drew the CA proposed gerrymandered Congressional maps?

Answers provided suggest Democratic legislative leaders drew the maps, but no names were provided.
