@Strickomaster We held our open evening last night, we held live lessons for every subject. Parents were led around on tours, could walk into all of the lessons, and see how we actually teach, daily review, key vocab, teach, mini whiteboards, turn and talk. Felt much more informative.

@MrRobHistory@RogersHistory After the first day, they realised it wasn’t going away. Went from having several students late per lesson, to less than a handful over a week. Communicate a reasonable policy and rationale, with plenty of notice, and stick to it.
@MrRobHistory@RogersHistory Our reflection room. We gave the students 2 weeks notice, told every student that arrived late in those two week that they would have this consequence when it starts. When it started, students didn’t think we would follow through….
