Due to the current ACT Public Health Directions, the Christmas Carols event at Lanyon Homestead will not be held this year. Like many cultural institutions, 2020 has been an interesting and challenging year for us at ACT HP.

Tuesday-Sunday, 10am-4pm.

We are grateful to the Emergency Services for watching over Lanyon Homestead during the recent bushfire threat from the Orroral Valley Fire. Tharwa Drive has re-opened and we are welcoming visitors back to the property.

ANU students undertook a 2-day intensive program at Lanyon looking at physical conservation of heritage places. Sessions investigated the precinct buildings, gardens and paddocks, and they even did some science to make copperas limewash! @AlecaDell #Heritageconservation #Lanyon
