Another reason teachers are leaving education is the cost of health insurance we are forced to take. The low plan under TRS last year was $54. See what it is under Aetna this year. @BetoORourke how can you help teachers who stay in the profession take care of their health?

While @BetoORourke is talking about supporting teachers, it has to be brought to the surface how awful educator health insurance is. While we get a pay increase, we see our monthly medical costs more than triple to the point where the pay raise is non-existent.
