This was such a great project to be involved in - and special thanks to the Muldoon family, Dr Patrick McGarty, Ken Boyle and @TimDesmond10.

Well. That’s what the public engaging with history looks like! Seems half the population of Mohill turned out last night to mark Dr Muldoon’s murder in 1923.
Fantastic input from Dr Padraig McGarty, Ken Boyle, @TimDesmond10 and audience.
And wait til you see the film! #Mohill

Fantastic group turned out on a chilly August evening for our Women's History of #Mohill with @HistoryFiona . And great to hear stories filled out, like Miss Nangle, an IRA agent during the War of Independence.

@DrLeanneCalvert Not sure if this will help: Statista shows Life expectancy (from birth) in the United Kingdom from 1765 with source info, but you need to sign up to an account to access it: https://t.co/0fT6Tdneed
@uniofgalway A must-add is the collection of letters between Boyle family members from south Leitrim, collected from both sides of the Atlantic by Tom Boyle and Ken Boyle. Dating from 1893, all were scanned, catalogued, transcribed and published privately in 2021 as 'The Boyles of Killaneen'.
#UniversityOfGalway is seeking contributions to the Imirce project #StPatricksDay 🍀
#Imirce is a digital repository of thousands of emigrant letters and memoirs dating from the late 1600s-1900s, from #Irish people who left for America: https://t.co/SnjoDzHfLT

@SarahAnneBuckle @IHSA1950@WHAIreland Wow! Thank you and the IHSA team for an outstanding day. Excellent, thought-provoking papers, great energy, generous, fantastic people. Good lunch too!
@EpidemicBelfast@BCIrishStudies@PRONI_DFC Great article. Interestingly, the excellent @RCPIArchive online exhibition on smallpox in Ireland notes how the anti-vaccination campaign was associated with Irish nationalism, with GB Shaw and Eamon de Valera being members of the Anti-Vaccination League.
