What's stability? It's the opportunity for your body to feel stable from the ground up. If you try to swing as fast as you can - without enough stability - you're more susceptible to injury, imbalance, and, of course, falling out of your golf form.

While we try to avoid overloading them, it's still important for junior players to build up their hip strength. Without hip strength, they can't develop the balance they need to create that speed and velocity in their golf swing.
